New-type bridge crane with electric hoist

The crane is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the latest national standards or equivelant foriegn standards such as FEM, DIN, IEC, etc. 

The main beam adopts bias-rail box structure, which is connected with the end beam by high-strength bolts. The specialized processing equipment ensures the accuracy of the connection between main beam and end beam, making it run smoothly. The lifting trolley adopts an open compact winding structure, and for small tonnage, European type hoist trolley is also available. The traveling mechanism adopts three-in-one driving of European technology and reducer with hard tooth surface. It has the advantage of compact structure, small noise, no oil leakage and long service life. The reducer, the core part of the transmission mechanism, adopts hard tooth surface and high-precision gear pair. Besides, the application of steel drum, forged wheel and frequency conversion speed controlling system also make it a new-generation product.

Compared with the original type-QD bridge crane, the self weight is reduced by 15-30% and the maximum wheel pressure is reduced by 10-35%, which can reduce the requirements of the workshp structure and save the workshop manufacturing cost.  It is suitable for machinery manufacturing and assembling, petrochemical industry, warehousing and other industries.
