S11 oil-filled transformer

S11-M series oil-filled transformer has the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency. It can saves energy and reduce the pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformer eliminates the oil storage tank. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets of the oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing the degradation of oil and the aging of insulation layer. It has strong reliability and can run normally without maintenance. 

1. The iron core of the transmitter is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel. It greatly reduces the no-load current and loss. The iron core is binded to ensure its compactness and reduce the noise.

2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper.The low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure while 630kVA and above adopt double-helix or quad-helix structure. The high-voltage winding adopts a multilayer cylindrical structure.

3. The connection symbol is Dyn11 to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

4. The transformer is fully sealed to increase the service life. It is free of core-hanging and maintenance.

5. It is measured that the noise value is lower than the standard. 

After normal transportation, this relevant parts and components can be installed without hanging the core for inspection. After passing the acceptance test, it can be put into operation.
