SC12 Dry-type transformer

This type of transformer has the following features:

Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is more than 30% lower than that SCB10 while the load loss is more than 10% lower than the SCB11. It has excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation and is maintenance-free.

Low noise: The noise level of the product is 10-15 dB lower than the current professional standard JB / T10088-2016 "6-220KV transformer noise level".

Low partial discharge:The resin mixture adopts the most advanced foreign stirring methods and vacuum film degassing to make the mixture stir evenly and completely eliminate the air bubbles in it.The product has very low partial discharge and can be controlled below 5PC. The high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and inter-turn leaching. The casting body has a dense solidified structure, which is flame-retardant, explosion-proof and non-polluting.

The insulating materials such as glass fiber winding the coil is self-extinguishing, which will not produce arc due to short circuit, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high temperature.

High mechanical strength: the resin with filler makes the difference of expansion coefficient, the curing shrikage rate and internal force small. It also makes the hardness of the solidified object higher. In the epoxy resin coating on the inner and outer surfaces of high and low pressure coils, there are preformed reinforced materials, which have the same dense structure as steel reinforced concrete. Therefore, the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and can withstand sudden short-circuit force without being damaged.

The stainless steel cover with protect level IP20/IP23 can prevent small objects from entering the transformer.
